Our technical team has tested Xoutput. Currently, it cannot detect the base’s X-axis rotation on the C5 base.
We tried checking the Xoutput log files and modifying some report parameters in the firmware, but to no avail.
However, it works normally with other software, such as DIView and x360ce, so this is likely a compatibility issue with the Xoutput software itself.
