Ever since reconnecting the USB on my PC yesterday my C5 has stopped working.
It’s not recognized by the Cammus Desktop App, it’s not listed at all under USB Devices (not even as an unrecognized one, just nothing), neither can I change the “idle” FFB settings via the Android App (it connects but changing the settings does absolutely nothing)
I have tried:
- different USB Ports
- different USB cables
- different PC
- reflashing FW but the rootapp is unable to detect the Wheel in flash mode
Same result every time.
Please help.
Could you please help us confirm the following:
• What were you doing when this issue occurred?
• Does the device perform its normal self-check during startup?
• Are both the wheel base and steering wheel not being detected?
If neither device is detected, please try manually flashing the firmware and repeat the process a few times to see if the issue can be resolved.
Firmware flashing guide:

I just replugged the USB connector that was it. Removed it from a USB Port and reinserted it in another and it stopped working.
The wheel performs the self checkup.
Neither device is connected.
If neither device is detected, please try manually flashing the firmware and repeat the process a few times to see if the issue can be resolved.
The rootapp does not find the device either, I specified as much already as such manual flashing is not possible.
Please kindly try uninstalling the desktop software and installing the latest version.
If the issue still persists, please let me know.
I can confirm that the issue persists even after a reinstall of the Cammus Desktop Software
What is the firmware version of your steering wheel?
Please tell me how I am supposed to find that out given my circumstances. The only ‘connection’ I am able to get at all is via the Andeoid App and it doesn’t list the wheel FW version as far as I can tell.
