Just got my wheel yesterday (18 April) and it’s been acting strange. The wheel just randomly disconnects whenever I try to steer, especially in game (which I hadn’t even played a single lap). I have attached some videos showing the issue. I really hope it’s something to do with the software because I really like the wheel and don’t want to go through the return process.
I have tried rolling back firmware but still the problem persists.

I replaced the screws of the mount with the ones that came with the wheel stand (NLR Wheel Stand 2.0) which is much longer than the former and the issue got solved somehow.
