Cammus C5 Disconnecting Issue

I’ve bought my Cammus C5 one week ago in the beginning it works very well but now there are so many disconnections. I can’t play for at least 10 minutes. I’ve tried many ways to fix this problem by myself like changing USB port, an older version of firmware but no success. There can be multiple reasons.

Please check these points.

  1. Power cable connection, Wall Socket plug as well as connection on power adaptor.
  2. USB Cable on motherboard side and also wheel side. Makse sure to use usb port on motherboard only and not usb hub.
  3. Try a different USB port on pc motherboard.
