On February 8th, the left paddle shifter started malfunctioning until it eventually stopped working altogether. It no longer registers any downshifts. I have checked the Cammus software, and it shows no input/signal at all when the button is pressed.
Additionally, the right paddle shifter has now started failing intermittently as well, causing “double-shifting” (shifting more than once with a single click).
I have been waiting for over 20 days for a response from your email address (infor@cammus.com). This lack of communication is becoming extremely frustrating.
