Cammus C5 wheel suddenly not detected by PC

I bought the Cammus C5 bundle and at the beggining it worked perfectly… but after a few days of not using it the steering wheel just doesn’t work anymore. The steering wheel has its lights on and when I turn it on it “calibrates” but doesn’t want to show off on computer or on cammus app.
I have checked the app and it’s on last version.
I have also reset the steering by the buttons, and did a reset on the DFU. Also checked all the updates possible. Please help as I have a useless wheel right now that only worked for about 2 months

Hi Ifloris, the cause of this problem should be the C5 firmware is lost due to the upgrade operation. Please try to forcefully re-flash the steering wheel firmware.

Here is the posts of the steps to forcefully re-flash the firmware of the C5 steering wheel.

  • Before operation, make sure that the CAMMUS desktop and game programs on the computer have been closed and exited.

    1. Press and hold the two function keys at the top of the base and then press the power button. Release the buttons together for about 3 seconds (the device will not run the self-test program after powering on)
    1. Open the root directory of the CAMMUS desktop and run the “rootdemo” software
    1. Click “···” to select the firmware (for example, if the device that needs to be flashed is a C5 steering wheel, select the firmware corresponding to C5)
    1. Select the firmware version to be upgraded
    1. Click “Force Refresh”
    1. After the prompt that the firmware update is successful, restart the device and the desktop

Does not work, as I think the issue is related to the hardware itself, my PC is not detecting any connection suddenly. Me and my brother contacted multiple times with you to activate warranty, and you never gave us a response. We need to activate warranty as your product hardware stopped working please
