Cammus Giveaway - Share Your Knowledge

Hi, I’m Filip, and this is my entry for the contest. I’ll be honest, I’d love to win the pedals. And if I happen to win the steering wheel, I’ll gladly give it to my brother. But getting straight to the point, here is my detailed review of the CAMMUS LC100 pedals.

CAMMUS LC100 Pedals (V4) — Precision Engineered for Serious Sim Racers

The latest evolution of the CAMMUS LC100 pedals is not just an update, it is a complete refinement of what a modern load cell pedal set should deliver. With major upgrades to sensing accuracy, structural strength, and user customization, the LC100 V4 confidently steps into professional-grade territory while maintaining the accessibility that made the series so popular.

At the core of the redesign is the new 200 kg load cell sensor, doubled from the previous 100 kg unit. However, the real breakthrough is the shift from the old tilting lever to a true direct-interface force path. This fundamental mechanical change delivers near-perfect linearity between pedal pressure and in-game braking input. The result is cleaner modulation, more reliable muscle memory, and the confidence to brake at the limit lap after lap. To ensure long-term reliability, the sensor is now securely housed inside a sealed metal enclosure, protecting it from dust, spills, and physical interference.

The structural improvements are equally impressive. CAMMUS didn’t just strengthen the pedals, they re-engineered the entire load-bearing system:

+81.8% tensile load capacity — dramatically improved resistance to deformation under heavy braking

+207% torsional stiffness — rock-solid feel with virtually zero twist or lateral flex

+47.6% fatigue strength — built to maintain performance even after thousands of hard sessions

Complementing this is the move to solid metal pedal stalks, replacing the older hollow design and fully eliminating unwanted flex. Under maximum braking force, the pedals remain rigid and predictable — exactly what competitive drivers demand.

Customization has been significantly expanded. The brake now ships with an enhanced elastomer kit, allowing racers to precisely tune pedal progression from a softer initial bite to a firm, race-ready end stop. The upgraded and repositioned dampener with a stronger M8 rod works together with the new adjustable mechanical pedal stops, replacing the older plastic-based travel limit system and completely removing the risk of over-travel damage.

Ergonomics and comfort also received thoughtful attention. The pedals have been slightly repositioned rearward, creating more foot clearance and a more natural driving posture during long endurance sessions. Drivers can now fine-tune their setup with three predefined pedal angle positions (up from two) and five pedal face height mounting options, enabling a truly personalized fit for different rigs and driving styles.

CAMMUS also refined the tactile experience. The new pedal face material provides higher grip with less abrasion, improving foot control while protecting racing footwear. Additional quality-of-life upgrades, including improved flexible cabling, hidden wiring, precision round mounting holes for easier installation, and a smoother enclosed brake spring — contribute to a cleaner, quieter, and more reliable daily experience.

Visually, the LC100 V4 adopts a fully blacked-out design with green accents, including the updated green throttle spring and a more proportionally balanced CAMMUS logo. These subtle touches give the pedals a more mature, premium identity that matches their upgraded performance.

In practice, the LC100 V4 simply feels like a set of pedals that was built by people who actually understand sim racers. Every upgrade — from the stronger load cell to the refined mechanics — translates into something you can genuinely feel on track. Whether you’re pushing for consistency in league races or just chasing cleaner laps in your free time, these pedals make the experience more controlled, more repeatable, and honestly… more fun.
