CAMMUS Software does not recognize LC200 pedal input

I just got a new LC 200 pedal in addition to my C5 wheel.

The CAMMUS Software 1.6.14 does detect the new pedals and I’m able to open the calibration at the device tab. Unfortunately the software dos not see any input from the pedals.

I already tried a different USB port an even a second PC with a fresh installation of the CAMMUS Software, no change. The pedals are detected by the software but no input if I press any of the pedals.

Any idea what I could do to get the pedals working?

Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Since the LC200 pedals are detected in CAMMUS Software but no pedal input is registering, please try the following steps first:

1. Check all cable connections

Please make sure:

  • The USB cable is firmly connected on both ends

  • The internal cable between the pedal base and control board is securely plugged in

A loose connector may cause the device to be detected without transmitting input signals.

2. Reconnect after restarting

Please try this sequence:

  1. Close CAMMUS Software completely

  2. Unplug the LC200 USB cable

  3. Restart your PC

  4. Reconnect the pedals directly to a motherboard USB port (avoid USB hubs)

  5. Launch CAMMUS Software again

3. Test in Windows controller panel

Please check whether Windows detects pedal movement:

  • Press Win + R

  • Type: joy.cpl

  • Open the LC200 device

  • Press each pedal and check whether the axis bars move

If there is no movement there either, it may indicate a hardware-side issue.

4. Reset calibration

In CAMMUS Software:

  • Go to Device tab

  • Open calibration page

  • Try Reset / Recalibrate

5. If the issue persists

Please submit a support ticket through our official support system so our technical team can assist you further:

When submitting, please include:

  • A short video showing the issue

  • Screenshot of CAMMUS Software device page

  • LC200 serial number

Our support team will help diagnose this as quickly as possible.

Best regards,
CAMMUS Support

Thnks you for the quick response.

The connections are all fine and the restart procedure does not change anything.

Windows is showing the LC 200 with status OK but does not show any movement of the pedals either.

I will submit a support ticket now.

Hello MarkoG,
If the power and connections are normal, and the driver software is functioning properly, we recommend that you try resetting the minimum and maximum values of the pedals. Below is an official guide on how to set the min/max values. We hope it helps.

For any other issues, welcome to visit our Support Portal to search for solutions in our Knowledge Base, or submit a ticket directly.

Thank you for your feedback and support!

USB Connection is ok (Cammus software detects the LC200) and Power Supply is ok (Cammus Software displays an error message when Power is disconnected).

Calibration of min and max values does not wirk as the software does not see an input from the pedals, tried it several times.

Hi MarkoG, thank you for your feedback. Since you have already submitted a ticket on our support portal, our technical support team will contact you directly for further troubleshooting or replacement. Please keep an eye out for their follow-up.
