DDW21 USB connection does not work.
After trying to update the DDW21 to version 1.7.2, it disconnected and does not recognize the USB connection. I have already tested another cable and it still did not work. The cooler behaves as if it is updating, running at maximum, but without connection. What can I do to make the DDW21 work again?

Based on your description, it’s likely that the firmware update did not complete successfully, possibly due to an interruption during the process, which may have caused the firmware to be lost.
We recommend trying to force firmware reflash for the base first. Please follow the instructions in this guide:
