Device disconnection and self-help troubleshooting methods

If the device is disconnected, please try the following methods to troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Wiring interface problem:
    It may be that the USB cable interface is bad. Try to reconnect or change the USB computer interface.

  2. USB cable problem:
    Try to replace a square USB cable (eg, printer data cable).

  3. The desktop clip is not installed firmly:
    Recheck the nut installation and reinforce it before trying.

  4. Abnormal desktop driver installation:
    Uninstall and reinstall the driver (select Agree for all default driver installations).

  5. The wires or power strip are old (unstable power supply):
    Use a strip to connect the power supply alone, or replace it with a new strip (eg, filter socket).

  6. Computer usage environment problem:
    There are conflicts with other software on the computer.

  1. Do not connect the pedal to the base, and try connecting the base/pedal to the computer alone.

  2. Update the latest firmware version and run the device in two-in-one mode.

You need to restart the device and the game after the above operations.
