New C12 problems

Hello there.

I received my C12 ysterday but the wheel has some issues.

1st off the cooling fan doesnt not activate with the wheel, i dont know if this is a power save feature as the wheel hanst got warm/hot during testing.

next, there is a binding noise and binding feel to the wheel from the 10 oclock position to the 4 oclock position, a low centre spring cannot return the wheel to default position when trying to move through the binding area.

next, there is a ‘knock/notch’ to the movement, it measures 1 degree of rotation, not much, but it feels like something is loose, wobbling the wheel from side to side will result in it being felt through the sim platform its mounted to, everything is tight, its not the mounting points, its something within the wheel itself.

multiple other small isuues that id rather discuss privately, i want cammus to succeed so id rather not be throwing any mud about and report the issues in a more private manner.

no, sadly none of my issues have been addressed. i did contact customer support, i was asked to do a firmware update which fixed nothing then nobody replied, if you had communicated that you were on holidays i could have understood the situation, as it is iv now asked or a refund and i am still being ignored, so ill leave it with the bank now.
