[Official Guide] Troubleshooting No Signal Input on LC100 / LC200 Pedals

For users experiencing issues where there is no signal input on CAMMUS LC100/LC200, the following troubleshooting guide will help you resolve common objective causes, such as power connection problems or improper calibration in the driver software.

Issue Symptoms:

  1. CAMMUS driver software does not detect any pedal input.
  2. No signal bar movement appears in the software when pressing the throttle or brake pedal.

Troubleshooting Steps:

  1. Check the pedal power connection
Make sure the pedal set is properly connected to its power adapter. If using USB power, try a different USB port or cable.

  2. Recalibrate pedal travel in the driver software
Open the CAMMUS driver software and set the minimum and maximum values for both throttle and brake pedals. Follow these steps:

  • Firstly, set the minimum value: Keep the pedal fully released (not pressed), then click the “Set min” button in the software.
  • Secondly, set the maximum value: Press the pedal all the way to the floor and hold it, then click the “Set Max” button.
  • Repeat the above steps several times until the signal bars in the software respond correctly to pedal movements.

Tip: Please ensure you are running the latest version of the CAMMUS driver software before performing calibration.

  1. If the issue persists
Please record a short video showing the entire process described above (including the pedal state, driver software interface, and your actions), and send it to our support team. The video will help us diagnose the problem more efficiently.
