I’m writing this not because I lost, but because I’m deeply disappointed in how Cammus treats its most dedicated supporters. I want to show the community the difference between a “one-time effort” and real passion.
1. My Work vs Winners:
I’ve been following Cammus everywhere: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and this forum. I didn’t just write one lucky reply. For months, I’ve been providing detailed feedback and promoting the brand across all social media.
1st and 2nd places: Yes, they wrote decent texts and attached photos of micro-updates like USB ports or ring colors.
Me: I’ve done ten times more work. I showed real technical progress and elite results like my 2:17 lap at Spa on a MOUSE. I don’t even have your direct drive wheel yet, but I was already proving how good the physics and response of your brand can be. I showed what’s possible with pure skill and dedication, while winners just showed “one-click” photos.
2. Broken Promises:
The most painful part is that Cammus representatives personally contacted me before. You told me that your marketing team would get in touch for cooperation. I have the screenshots (attached below). I believed in these words. I was ready to be your most loyal ambassador, but after those promises — total silence.
3. The Choice:
It’s confusing to see the top prizes go to beginners who just appeared, while a pilot who has been living and breathing your brand for months is ignored. It feels like you value simple photos more than long-term loyalty and actual racing skill.
I’m still open to a professional conversation because I truly believed in Cammus products. But right now, I feel like my dedication was just used and thrown away. Is this how you want to build your community?
I am attaching all the proof: my records, my activity on all platforms, and the screenshots of the promises made by your team. I hope you realize that losing a loyal, young, and skilled pilot like this is a massive marketing mistake.
Dear MattssonRacing,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and for participating in the CAMMUS 2025 Update Giveaway.
First of all, we truly appreciate the enthusiasm and passion that many community members — including yourself — have shown toward CAMMUS across our social platforms and forum. Community engagement and feedback are always valued by our team.
Regarding the giveaway results, we would like to clarify that the selection process was based strictly on the criteria stated in the event rules:
Winner Selection
• 6 participants with the most comprehensive and accurate answers receive physical prizes
• All other participants receive a 5% OFF coupon
All submissions were reviewed based on the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of the answers provided to the event question. Many participants prepared very detailed responses, including technical explanations and product update comparisons. The winners were selected according to these criteria.
Following CAMMUS on social platforms was a participation requirement for all entrants, and many participants met this requirement. However, social media activity or personal racing achievements were not part of the judging criteria for this specific event.
Regarding the collaboration topic mentioned in your post, we apologize if there was any misunderstanding. Our team members often thank and encourage community members who share feedback or enthusiasm, but this should not be interpreted as a formal partnership agreement. Official collaborations are handled separately by our marketing team based on specific programs and requirements.
We understand that not being selected as a winner can be disappointing, and we sincerely appreciate the time and effort you put into participating in the event.
Our goal with this giveaway was simply to encourage discussion about the 2025 product updates and to engage the community in a positive way. The results were determined based on the published rules, and we stand by the fairness of that process.
We truly value everyone who supports the CAMMUS community and hope you will continue to participate in future discussions and events.
Best regards,
CAMMUS Team
I have carefully read your response. You mentioned that “completeness and accuracy” of answers were the key criteria.
I would like to clarify: I didn’t just leave one message; I created multiple detailed posts where I thoroughly analyzed the 2025 updates and even explained why 2026 will be the year of Cammus. I provided technical insights that few other participants matched.
Also, I have strictly followed all social media requirements. It feels like my deep engagement and high-quality technical analysis were overlooked in favor of much simpler entries.
If you truly value “detailed answers and technical explanations,” I suggest you re-examine my contributions. A top driver who provides both technical depth and world-class results on a mouse is exactly the kind of “enthusiasm” that builds a brand’s reputation.
