A shipping label was created but tracking says UPS is not in possession of the item. It is now Friday evening going into the weekend. What day will packages at the USA warehouse be taken to UPS?

questing myself as well, lady contacted me on email and i have not received any tracking number . Just let me know that they’ve allegedly chose the fastest and most reliable method for my overseas warehouse ( it’s the newest Cammus C5 version btw ) and still nothing . They can’t be dealing with that much since the 8th of october when they came back from vacation , no clear communications is not looking good . Should have avoided and ordered through an Alibaba seller instead
Hey guys yes I did end up getting it, it took a little longer than expected but was worth the wait. The wheel feels amazing but I ended up replacing the pedals with the LC100’s because the ones they come with weren’t very good.
was it 2 weeks or a whole month?
It seems they do reply faster and more prompt on Discord than here on these forums or via emails . I got sent the tracking number the next day after i have opened up a ticket , my bad for not getting back there.
Given that i have ordered the new C5 ( and mount , no pedals ) it’s taken almost 3 weeks to get to UK from China i believe , also the package weight is weird on the package . States 8kg when the wheel is only 5 and a half or so
